Subsession entries in the events schedule template now render `link` and `slides` like top-level sessions do. Moves the binding session's links onto the "Pybind11 and nanobind" subsession they document. Assisted-by: ClaudeCode:claude-opus-4.8

link/slideson top-level sessions, so subsession entries silently dropped them. This adds the same title-link and slides-icon markup to subsessions, and moves the binding session's links onto the "Pybind11 and nanobind" subsession they actually document.
