docs: link Rust, custom, and plugin SIMPLE-Py sessions - #15

Add session and slide links for the Maturin/Rust, "Customizing the SDist and wheel", and scikit-build-core plugin sessions, now that those pages have content. Also fix the cibuildwheel slides URL (2_03 -> 2_04; 2_03 is the Rust deck). Assisted-by: ClaudeCode:claude-opus-4.8

Links three more SIMPLE-Py schedule sessions to their session/slide pages now that those pages have content:
Stub pages (Stable ABI, pixi-build, Agentic AI, Solvers) were intentionally left unlinked.
Also fixes the cibuildwheel slides URL, which pointed at
