Living Dictionaries supports self-serve single-entry editing, plus a self-serve public REST API (/api/v1) with per-dictionary manager-minted keys, supporting bulk entry creation (up to 1000 entries per request) with client-supplied UUIDs, nested senses/examples, and media upload endpoints. They have no LIFT import or export support.
