Creates notifications utility using expo-notifications. Requests permissions on login, reschedules all 4 notification types based on AsyncStorage settings. SettingsScreen adds meal and workout reminder toggles with time sub-labels. Toggling any switch immediately reschedules or cancels that notification type.
