IE11 alignment option doesn't work

This is rendered in IE11:

Steps to Reproduce

Just open F12.

Expected behavior

text-align property should be valid CSS.

Actual behavior

text-align property contains variables that couldn't be rendered by the browser (IE11).

Environment

IE11 on Win 10 and Win 7.
