I think the mobile app dependencies should be in line with the Flutter defaults and should not updated individually. The bot also doesn't verifies if mobile app building still works after updating the dependencies. Should we exclude those? @ibrahimozkn

Both points hold for the Android side of this PR:

1. The Gradle files follow the Flutter Android template and plugin compatibility. androidx.window and desugar_jdk_libs are pinned for the flutter_local_notifications workaround (see the comment in app/android/app/build.gradle.kts), so they do not follow an independent release cadence.
2. No pull-request workflow builds the Android app. flutter build appbundle/apk runs only in deploy-apps.yml and release_app.yml, which do not trigger on pull requests. These bumps would merge without build verification.

I opened #987 to disable the gradle and gradle-wrapper managers in renovate.json. A local dry run confirms every Gradle-manager dependency stops appearing, including the five Gradle changes here. Android tool versions then move with deliberate Flutter SDK upgrades.

After #987 merges, tick the rebase checkbox on this PR so the branch rebuilds without the Gradle changes. What remains here: the gh-aw-actions bump and the ruby 3.4 runner bump.

One residual gap stays open: Flutter SDK bumps also land without a PR-time Android build. Closing that needs a CI job (for example a PR-triggered flutter build apk --debug), not a Renovate change. Say the word if you want it.
