Create tool to visualize irradiation schedules

ALARA allows arbitrarily complex irradiation schedules. It would be useful to be able to visualize those schedules. An example of such a visualization is available in Wilson's PhD dissertation on pg 30.

Should this visualization also represent relative total flux magnitude with the height of each pulse? From a brief look at the dissertation I don't think this was part of the representation.
