Summary

  • Adds a T9 network upgrade page focused on TIP-20 policy IDs in TIP-403, including why the binding is necessary for Tempo Zones and useful for provable contract flows/tooling that need registry-backed policy state.
  • Clarifies that existing TIP-20 tokens only need targeted migration when they need to be enabled in a zone, used by a provable contract flow, or read by tooling that needs the TIP-403 binding.
  • Adds T9 to the Network Upgrades and Releases page with v1.12.0 targeted for August 3, 2026, testnet activation scheduled for August 5, 2026, and mainnet activation scheduled for August 10, 2026.
  • Adds T9 to the protocol Network Upgrades sidebar.
