I love trying new technologies, building small experiments, and learning by making.
From SwiftUI and local AI to web projects and hardware sketches,
I am happiest when an idea turns into something I can actually try.
- 🧪 Trying the new: I like getting hands-on with emerging frameworks, APIs, and devices instead of only reading about them.
- 🔧 Learning by tinkering: Prototypes, side projects, and small experiments are how I understand how things really work.
- 🔌 Connecting different worlds: Native apps, the web, on-device AI, microcontrollers, sensors, and radio hardware all belong on the same workbench.
- 💡 Making useful things: Even playful experiments often grow into tools that solve a real problem—for me or, ideally, for someone else too.
- 📝 Sharing the process: I document discoveries, rough edges, and practical lessons so others can build on them.
| Project | What it explores |
|---|---|
| Localight | Private, on-device conversations with Apple's Foundation Models on iOS. |
| Localframe | Fully local image creation with Apple's Image Playground models. |
| CoreAIChat | A native macOS showcase for Apple's Core AI framework. |
| Pingo | An open-source API scratchpad that lives in the macOS menu bar. |
| DropSweep | A tiny menu bar utility for keeping the Downloads folder clean. |
| NotificationManager | A Swift package for scheduling and handling local notifications. |
| SX1278 | A MicroPython LoRa driver for Raspberry Pi Pico and Pico 2. |
- Connecting external coding agents to Xcode — how Xcode's MCP server brings build and Simulator access into the agentic development loop.
- Programmatic image generation with Apple's Image Playground — using
ImageCreatorfor custom, on-device generation. - Apple Core AI, in plain terms — a practical look at Apple's local runtime for your own models.
