✨🛰 Machine Learning Tools for Open Cluster Characterization with Gaia DR2 Data
Gaia open-cluster analysis in Python: HDBSCAN membership with calibrated probabilities, unbinned Poisson point-process radial profiles (King, EFF, Plummer, King+corona) in PyMC, DR3 selection functions, isochrones, dynamics, and an identifiability toolkit that asks whether a parameter is measured before it is quoted.
This python script simulates the hierarchical merging of black holes for different star cluster environments: Open, Globular, and Nuclear.
Python programs created with JupyterLab or Spyder for undergraduate research projects.
RAG system for querying scientific abstracts. The pipeline combines arXiv data ingestion, text chunking, embeddings, FAISS retrieval, semantic reranking, and FLAN-T5-Large generation. Results show strong information retrieval capabilities but limitations in complex reasoning.
Source, data products and consistency gate of the A&A article on NGC 6383 (manuscript aa52082-24, accepted 2026-09-15)
