Version bump for the planify bundle (#104): three new presets (
plugin-planify,instructions-planify,skill-planify) plus theplanifybundle, and the removal ofinstructions-swiss-rulesandrules/de-swiss.md.Anyone who had
instructions-swiss-rulesinstalled keeps a working config — the fetched rules file stays in their cache — but the preset is no longer shipped, soremove instructions-swiss-rulesneeds the old package. Switching over isopencode-presets install planifyand deleting the oldinstructionsentry.npm test→ 178/178.
