Version bump for the planify rename (#106): the presets are now
opencode-planify-german,plugin-opencode-planify-german,instructions-opencode-planify-germanandskill-opencode-planify-german, pinned tov0.2.1of the renamed repo.Anyone who installed the
planify-named presets from 0.23.0 keeps a working config — the fetched files stay in their cache — but the preset names are gone, soremove planifyneeds 0.23.0. Switching over isnpx opencode-presets install opencode-planify-germanand deleting the three old entries.npm test→ 178/178.
