Overview
Reorganizes metric event API docs under dedicated Events sections in the Application and Admin API nav (EN + ES), replacing the old Metrics entry for single-event submission.

Adds Mintlify pages for Submit a metric event and Submit a batch of metric events (Admin POST /metrics/events), with OpenAPI-backed references and rate-limit badges. Removes the legacy send-a-metric-change-event pages.

Updates features/events (EN/ES) to point bulk backend ingestion at the batch Admin endpoint (up to 1,000 events per request) and refreshes cross-links across idempotency, quickstart, guides, and feature docs to the new paths.

Adds redirects from the old metric-event URLs and adjusts i18n buckets/lock for the new events paths.
