- 🏗️ I build and run Inventory Blitz — a multi-channel warehouse inventory platform syncing stock across Shopify, eBay, HiBid and Whatnot, from receiving to auction to reset.
- 🤖 Currently deep in local LLM infrastructure — llama.cpp, Qdrant, agentic RAG, and squeezing real inference out of small boxes.
- 🌱 Learning: on-device inference, vector search at scale, and Flutter.
- 🛠️ I like self-hosting things that other people pay a SaaS for: Caddy, Coolify, Jenkins, PocketBase, Meilisearch, all on bare metal.
