This is an integration of the new Volume Control Status Icon, and fix #94.
The Volume Control has changed in MATE:
mate-volume-control-applet is the 'old' way. (It still existing, but not in all distributions)
mate-volume-control-status-icon is the new one. It shows in the notification area.
Both solutions could run at the same time..
Currently both Volume Controller may run at the same time.

Screenshot from fedora.layout:
The way to start the volume control has also changed:
Old:
user@computer:~$ mate-volume-control-appletis NOT working and NOT needed anymore. The Applet start itself.New:
user@computer:~$ mate-volume-control-status-icon
