feat(providers): add OrcaRouter

Summary

• add a disabled-by-default OrcaRouter card using its official OpenAI-compatible endpoint and bearer-key flow
• default to the per-account orcarouter/auto named router with tool calling, Ask streaming, model loading, and vision enabled
• ship the official MIT-licensed vector mark for Chrome and Firefox and keep provider counts, documentation, and regression coverage in sync

Verification

• npm run test:toolbar-guard (33 passed)
• node test/run.js (1801 passed; the one failure is the existing release-archive check because main is version 32.1.0 while dist/ still contains 32.0.0 archives)
• npm run test:security (60/60)
• Chromium fixture coverage passed; Firefox fixtures were not run locally because no Firefox executable is installed
• node --check on both provider catalogs
• xmllint --noout on both SVGs
• git diff --check
