This is a very specific, limited-release game of which supposedly only 230 copies were made and awarded by the Japanese Famitsu magazine to the 10 top scorers for each character in the Barrel bonus minigame of the original game.
The game title is written either Street Fighter EX plus Alpha (Taru Tokubetsuban) or Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha: Taru Tokubetsu Ban.
