Certify UDHR Article 1 from frozen Phi

Summary

This certifies UDHR Article 1 as the fifth translation completed under Phi's isolated two-phase process. The page now has two source-aligned units, its natural English comes only from frozen Phi, and D108 records the evidence in the generated certification ledger.

The final unit states the obligation and then gives its required conduct an audible tha ... tho boundary. That keeps roe lomea phiora, in a spirit of kinship, inside the reciprocal action instead of leaving it free to modify possession of the obligation. No root, module membership, registered compound, function word, or grammar rule is added.

Translation process

• The source-to-Phi phase used the stored 1948 English witness, canon, the complete lexicon, and the grammar while the prior glosses and English readings remained outside its working view.
• Two non-overlapping citations reconstruct both source sentences and all 170 normalized source characters exactly.
• The first Phi stream was frozen before English derivation. Fresh non-forked contexts received anonymous Phi-only packets and the permitted language references, without the source, title, filename, citations, prior English, notes, limits, repository history, or task history.
• Both source-blind readers found the same structural ambiguity in the second unit: roe lomea phiora could describe either the required reciprocal action or the way the people held the obligation.
• The English for that unit was discarded. The Phi now states that the people have an obligation, resumes it with ha naseru, and places the conduct it requires inside tha ... tho before phelona.
• Fresh source-blind primary and audit contexts independently read the repaired unit. Both found three determinate steps, bound wiso to the plural actors, and attached sibling spirit only to their action. Neither found another materially licensed parse.
• Unit 1 retained its checked derivation under the unchanged unit digest fc7160efa6f57666d51561f3faf98dd7a93dca326851c434b20b8388cb31dd18. The final audit queue selected unit 2 on complement-frame, complex-coordination, pronoun-reference, and specialist-vocabulary risk, and selected unit 1 as the deterministic low-risk sample.
• The final Phi stream freezes at 1fe727d7a07ead2ac96c2deb2a082f9356d3780c57326f1e9de5ea26bc831fa5.
• The published Phi, gloss, derived English, and citation layers freeze at 5ccab86290265f343c6d9a079f1341b5ad4244852abf3c8c9730dc6a6713e526.

Reader-facing pass

The Humanizer pass replaced the stiff literal phrase "by means of sibling spirit" with "in a spirit of kinship" without changing its attachment. The voice review also removed archival wording from the introduction and notes: the article now "keeps" its images instead of repeatedly "retaining" or "preserving" them. A mechanical scan found no curly quotes, new em or en dashes, inflation vocabulary, -bearing forms, copula-avoidance phrases, or participial tails. The existing title dash remains protected project formatting.
