Follow the planify rename to opencode-planify-german - #106

The package name planify is taken on npm by an unrelated package, so the repo
and package are now opencode-planify-german. Presets, pin and fetch URLs follow;
dest filenames carry 0.2.1 so an existing cache entry is not silently reused.
- presets/{plugin,instructions,skill}-opencode-planify-german.conf replace the
planify-named ones, bundle opencode-planify-german replaces planify.
- PIN_SOURCES: opencode-planify-german, still github-tags.
- Repinned to tag v0.2.1 and its commit: 0.2.1 fixes the gender of "Skill" in
the rules file and the skill doc, so both hashes changed.

planifyist auf npm von einem fremden Paket belegt (2.3.0), also heissen Repo und Paket jetztopencode-planify-german— der Sprachmarker steht drin, weil am Paket alles Deutsch ist, was ein Nutzer liest. Die Presets ziehen nach.Was
